What Pocket Agent Pro is — and isn't

Pocket Agent Pro is an informational real-estate research tool. Home value estimates, comparable sales, market gauges, offer suggestions, rent estimates, and every other figure on this site are automated estimates for general information only. They are not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no real-estate brokerage relationship is created by using this site. Always verify important facts independently and consult a licensed professional before making decisions.

Where the data comes from

Listing and sale information is gathered from publicly available sources and third-party data providers, and is refreshed on a rolling schedule. It can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong — for example, some states do not publicly disclose sale prices, so figures there may reflect list prices; school assignments are approximations that must be verified with the district; and neighborhood boundaries are approximate. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and provide the site "as is."

Privacy — what we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
• Searches you run. Address lookups and searches are processed to answer your request and may be cached to improve performance. We don't link them to your identity.
• Saved items. Favorites, clients, and their criteria are stored in your own browser (localStorage) — they never leave your device.
• What we don't do. We don't sell personal information, run third-party ad trackers, or ask you to create an account.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information. Because we collect almost none, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser storage and cookies. For anything else, contact privacy@pocketagentpro.com and we'll respond within the time required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or overload the site or its data; don't use it to violate any law, MLS rule, or third party's rights; and don't rely on it as the sole basis for a transaction. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Agent Pro and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its estimates, including lost profits or decisions made based on the information shown. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
