Market data comes from public listing and sale records, which occasionally carry errors, duplicates, or stale statuses. If a figure looks wrong, tell us the market or address and what you expected — corrections at the source flow through on the next daily refresh. See how the numbers are calculated for what each metric measures and its known limits.
